March 30, 2023 - Pontoon Boat with Bruce & Ellen

We rented a pontoon boat from Capt Hirams today and headed out to sea.   We cruised north up the Indian River, then made a left into the Saint Sebastian River.

Crusing up the Saint Sebastian River on a typical beautiful Florida day.

Dolphin sighting!

And, of course, the ubiquitous pelicans.

ZZZ

Jungle lines the river.

A nice bungalow.

Cap't Bruce at the helm.  Years ago, his expert seamanship driving a pontoon boat saved the extended family from going to the bottom of Deep Creek Lake.

Party boat!

Now out on the big Indian River.  Moving.  Moving away fast.

Approaching the Sebastian Inlet and bridge.

All too soon it was time to return to Capt Hirams.

Then we headed over to the Tiki Bar.  It happened to be Karaoke Night.

Those are the Tiki Dancers having a good time.

Lynnette gets freaky at the Tiki!

The Mai Tais were flowing freely.

Looking out over the Indian River from the Tiki Bar.

Bruce and Ellen cutting a rug with the Tiki Dancers.  All the  people who got up to sing Karaoke were really good singers.  First-rate.

Then this guy walked up to the Karaoke machine with a violin.  Man, could he play.  And he sang equally well.

There is our Karaoke Master of Ceremonies, at center.  Fun night.  Fun day.
